Foot in the Door: It’s a fantastic way to gain real classroom experience, build your network, and get professional references in the education field.
Keep Learning Moving: You'll step in and carry out the daily plans left by the regular staff so students don't miss a beat.
Manage the Classroom: Keep the day running smoothly by maintaining the school's usual routines, keeping order, and ensuring a fair, respectful environment.
Prioritize Safety: Student safety is always number one. You’ll supervise your assigned classes, enforce school rules, and make sure everyone is safe and engaged.
Be a Team Player: You’ll collaborate with school staff, act professionally, and strictly protect student privacy.
